2026年7月3日，智城发展控股（股票代码：08268）披露截至2026年6月30日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司当月已发行股本及注册股本均保持不变，无新增发行、回购或注销行为。
公司法定（注册）股本维持8亿股普通股，面值为每股0.125港元，合计1亿港元。至2026年6月底，已发行普通股股数为288,000,000股，库藏股数目为0股，较上月底均无变化。
同时，公司针对2025年购股权计划的已授予期权数和当月行权变动均为0，惟该计划仍保留28,800,000股潜在可发行/转让上限。公司确认，截至本月底已满足香港联合交易所有限公司相关公众持股量的合规要求。
