亚洲果业（00073）7月17日公告，公司已发布股东特别大会通告。会议定于2026年8月6日10时在香港金钟金钟道95号统一中心10楼统一会议中心举行，供股方案将提交普通决议案表决。
根据公告，董事会提议以供股方式向于记录日期名列股东名册的合资格股东发行44,701,587股普通股，认购价为每股1.38港元。供股比例为每持有1股现有股份可获发3股供股股份。
如获香港联合交易所有限公司批准，上述未缴股款及缴足股款供股股份将获准上市及买卖。董事会同时获授权就不合资格股东及其他相关事项作出必要安排，并在执行供股过程中签署及办理相关文件。
公司提醒，持股股东如欲出席特别股东大会并投票，需按照公告所列时间表及程序办理股份过户登记及委任代表等手续。
