天长集团（02182）2026年7月22日公告称，根据董事会对截至2026年6月30日止六个月之未经审核综合管理账目作出的初步评估，公司预计该期间将录得约1.70亿元至1.75亿元收益，较2025年同期的2.542亿元减少约33%至31%。
公司同时预期，将在2026年上半年录得约30百万元至35百万元除税前亏损，而去年同期除税前亏损为9.0百万元，亏损增幅约233%至289%。
董事会指出，收益及盈利下滑主要由于全球商业环境持续不明朗，影响客户采购决定，导致市场需求疲弱及订单减少；同时销售与产量下降令固定制造费用在较小的生产基数上分摊，拖累整体毛利率。
在业务发展方面，集团已购置注塑机以加强一体化注塑解决方案业务的产能，并与若干新客户展开合作，相关产品预计于2026年下半年量产及交付。董事会表示，将继续关注市场状况并在必要时调整战略。
公告强调，上述数据基于初步资料，未经董事会审核委员会审阅或公司核数师审核。公司计划按上市规则要求，于2026年8月底前公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩。
