Qingdao Xuanlonghao Taxi Co., Ltd. was found using taxi meters equipped with cheating devices, violating the Shandong Province Metrology Regulations. Shinan District Cao's Big Pot Whole Lamb Restaurant colluded with taxi drivers to deceive tourists into dining there, breaching the Qingdao Tourism Regulations. Shibei District Qingchun Chuan Chuan Catering Store used deceptive pricing tactics to lure consumers, contravening the People's Republic of China Price Law. Jimo District Yuanhe Jinyue Private Kitchen Catering Service Management Department sold expired beer, violating the People's Republic of China Food Safety Law. Huangdao District Wang Jinjiang Raw Meat Store sold unpackaged food without a license and failed to clearly label prices, breaching both the Food Safety Law and the Price Law.

Market regulatory authorities have initiated investigations into all these violations according to the law. They urge all businesses to strictly comply with legal regulations, fully assume operational responsibilities, and standardize their practices to uphold the positive image of Qingdao's tourism consumption market. The authorities will continue to deepen special rectification efforts, focusing on key areas to strictly crack down on illegal activities that infringe upon consumer rights, ensuring a stable and orderly market during the tourism season.
