人瑞人才科技控股有限公司(06919)于2026年6月10日举行股东周年大会，正式通过派发截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的决议，每股股息0.1港元。
根据公告，为厘定有权获取末期股息的股东名单，公司将于2026年6月16日至6月18日（包括首尾两天）暂停办理股份过户登记，股权登记日定为2026年6月18日。该末期股息将于2026年7月15日向登记在册的股东派发。
此外，股东周年大会同时通过了重选董事、续聘核数师、授予董事一般授权以发行及购回股份，以及采纳2026年经修订和重述的组织章程大纲及细则等全部议案。所有决议案均以高票赞成获得通过。
