Shareholders may choose to switch from printed copies to the website version of documents, including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, and circulars.
Under this arrangement, shareholders who opt for the website version can receive notifications by email if an address is provided. Those without an email address will receive notifications by post when new communications become available online. The form highlights that once shareholders switch to the website version, printed copies will no longer be provided unless requested, and shareholders maintain the right to revert to printed communications by submitting written notice. The Company also confirms that, pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, collected personal data will only be used for processing instructions and requests stated in the form, with rights of access and correction in accordance with relevant legislation.
