SDITC (01697) Proposes Appointment of Pan Liquan as Non-Executive Director

SDITC (01697) has announced that the board proposes to appoint Mr. Pan Liquan as a non-executive director of the company, who will also serve as a member of the board's audit committee. Additionally, the board proposes to appoint Mr. Chen Ping as a non-executive director, who will serve as a member of the board's trust and consumer rights protection committee and the connected transactions control committee. The appointments of Mr. Pan and Mr. Chen are subject to approval by the company's shareholders at a general meeting and final authorization by the supervisory authority of the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
