17LIVE GROUP LIMITED announced that on Dec, 19 2025 it allotted and issued 184,846 new ordinary shares pursuant to its Employee Share Option Plan adopted on Dec, 08 2023 and amended on Nov, 28 2024.
The new shares rank pari passu with the company’s existing ordinary shares and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange’s Official List on or around Dec, 22 2025.
Following the allotment, 17LIVE GROUP LIMITED’s issued share capital increased to 174,908,878 shares from 174,724,032 shares, excluding 9,156,700 treasury shares.
