CITIC Securities Company Limited (HKEX: 6030) will hold its 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 13 March 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at Tang I Room, 3F, Beijing Ruicheng Four Seasons Hotel, No. 48 Liangmaqiao Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The primary matter for review is the proposed election of a new non-executive director.

According to the announcement, the Board’s 43rd Meeting of the Eighth Session, held on 2 February 2026, approved the proposal to appoint 50-year-old Mr. Wu Yonggao as an additional non-executive director. Subject to EGM approval, Mr. Wu’s term will run until the Eighth Session of the Board concludes. Mr. Wu currently holds various roles at Guangzhou Yuexiu Capital Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and associated enterprises, and will not receive remuneration from CITIC Securities for this appointment.

Shareholders whose names appear on the register by 9 March 2026 are entitled to attend or appoint proxies to vote at the EGM. All voting at the meeting will be conducted by poll in compliance with listing requirements.
