华沙2月3日电——波兰软件巨头Asseco Poland S.A.周一宣布，其持股9.12%的股东Nationale-Nederlanden OFE已正式要求召开特别股东大会，就公司回购249万股自有股份的议案进行表决。此项回购规模相当于Asseco总股本的3%。
根据提议，本次股份回购完成后，Asseco的注册资本将从8300万兹罗提相应缩减至8050万兹罗提。该决议需经特别股东大会审议通过后方可实施。
