RSUN PPT (01996) announced that due to certain creditors requiring additional time to complete their internal procedures for joining the restructuring support agreement, the company has exercised its discretion to further extend the early restructuring support agreement fee deadline from 5:00 p.m. on September 5, 2025 (Hong Kong time) to 5:00 p.m. on September 19, 2025 (Hong Kong time) (the "Extended Early Restructuring Support Agreement Fee Period"), and to extend the basic restructuring support agreement fee deadline from 5:00 p.m. on September 19, 2025 (Hong Kong time) to 5:00 p.m. on October 3, 2025 (Hong Kong time) (the "Extended Basic Restructuring Support Agreement Fee Period").
