Horizon Robotics (HORIZONROBOT-W) disclosed a share repurchase on 20 May 2026 involving 6.68 million Class B weighted-voting-right ordinary shares bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback represents 0.0458% of the company’s 12.48 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding before the transaction.
The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 5.79 to HKD 5.90, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 5.85 per share, bringing the total consideration to HKD 39.07 million.
Post-transaction, Horizon Robotics’ issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined to 12.47 billion, while treasury shares increased to 58.06 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 12.53 billion, as repurchased shares are held in treasury rather than cancelled.
The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 10 June 2025 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 1.32 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 58.06 million shares, equivalent to 0.44% of the share count on the mandate’s approval date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 19 June 2026.
