Fengyinhe Releases Annual Report and 27 April 2026 Circular; Details Digital-First Communication Strategy for Shareholders

Bulletin Express
Apr 27

Fengyinhe Holdings Limited has announced the publication of its latest Annual Report together with a circular dated 27 April 2026 and the accompanying form of proxy (collectively, the “Current Corporate Communication”).

The materials are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.fengyinhe.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive printed sets enclosed with the notification letter.

Key operational arrangements: 1. Preferred access channel – The board “strongly recommends” shareholders to review current and future corporate communications online to enhance timeliness and reduce environmental impact. 2. Printed copies on demand – Holders who encounter difficulties with email alerts or web access can request free printed versions by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8030-ecom@vistra.com. 3. Email registration – Shareholders who have not yet provided an email address, or need to update one, are urged to submit their details via the same reply form. Until a functional address is on file, the company will dispatch future publication notices and actionable communications in printed form only. 4. Validity of instructions – Preferences indicated in Part A of the reply form will remain effective for all corporate communications until the earlier of (i) written notice of change to the registrar or (ii) 31 December 2027. 5. Investor support – Enquiries may be directed to the registrar’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The notification underscores Fengyinhe’s shift toward electronic dissemination while maintaining options for shareholders preferring traditional mail, aligning with regulatory requirements for timely and accessible disclosure.
