Jsmart Technologies releases 2025-2026 Annual Report, circular and AGM notice on corporate website

Jsmart Technologies Group Limited has placed three key shareholder documents on both its corporate website (www.jsmartech.hk) and the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk):

1. Annual Report 2025-2026. 2. Circular dated 24 July 2026 covering proposals for (i) general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, (ii) re-election of directors, (iii) re-appointment of the independent auditor, and (iv) the accompanying notice of the 2026 annual general meeting (AGM). 3. Notice of the 2026 AGM.

Non-registered shareholders whose holdings are maintained through CCASS participants are encouraged to supply functional e-mail addresses to their intermediaries to receive electronic notifications. If no e-mail or postal address is supplied, no separate notice of future online publications will be issued.

Printed copies of the current documents—and of future corporate communications—may be requested at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by e-mailing is-ecom@vistra.com. The standing request remains effective until 31 March 2027 unless revoked or superseded earlier.
