2026年3月1日，吉利汽车控股有限公司（00175）发布截至2026年2月28日止的股份变动月报表。报告期内，公司法定股本维持在18,000,000,000股（每股面值0.02港元），注册股本合计360,000,000港元。
报告显示，普通股本月内因回购注销及转为库存股份而出现变化。2月末，已发行的普通股（不含库存股份）为10,804,333,297股，库存股份数量为27,129,000股，总发行及库存股份合计10,831,462,297股。较上月相比，已发行股份净减94,560,000股，库存股份则相应增加27,129,000股。公司于2025年12月8日至2026年1月29日期间回购的67,431,000股普通股已于2026年2月6日注销，另在2026年2月5日至2月28日期间购回的27,129,000股普通股被持作库存股份。
公司在月报中披露了已于2012年5月18日及2023年4月28日股东大会上通过的认股权计划：本月内并无因行使认股权而新增发行股份或转让库存股份，也未有相关股份获行使或注销。
