中国生物科技服务控股有限公司（08037）8月12日公告，根据对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核综合管理账目之初步评估，公司预计将录得不少于1,500万港元的溢利净额；而上年同期则录得约3,700万港元的亏损净额，实现由亏转盈。
公司称，业绩改善主要由于以下因素： 1. 预计可转债产生约7,700万至8,700万港元的非现金及未变现公平值收益； 2. 因2026年2月发行本金为3,500万美元的可转债，融资成本增加约900万港元； 3. 本期无同期约1,400万港元的非经常性保险索偿收入。
公司表示，相关数据基于管理层初步审阅结果，未经审核委员会审阅，最终中期业绩预计将于2026年8月底公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
