同道猎聘集团(6100)披露再度认购厦门国际银行结构性存款产品，继2025年9月5日通过非全资附属公司长沙冉星信息科技有限公司向厦门国际银行认购本金为人民币3,000万元的公司结构性存款产品后，该集团于2025年10月31日与2025年12月30日再次以10,000万元和13,000万元认购相同类型产品，合计总本金超过1.7亿元人民币。
上述产品为保本保最低收益，风险评级较低，挂钩欧元/美元汇率，涵盖不同到期时间及预期收益率：其中2025年10月31日认购的产品期限92天，预期年化收益率最高可达2.10%；2025年12月30日认购的产品期限53天，最高预期年化收益率为2.30%。该等认购均由同道猎聘集团的闲置资金及此前赎回的出资部分拨付。
根据公告，由于该等认购事项与先前认购事项的最高适用百分比率均超过5%但低于25%，此类交易根据香港上市规则第14章构成须予披露交易，需遵守通知及公告规定，但无须获得股东批准。董事会认为合理利用暂时闲置资金有利于提高资金收益，并指出该类结构性存款产品风险相对可控，且适合维持运营资金需求。
