根据公告，前次股东大会已于2026年5月27日通过相关购回授权，新鸿基公司可依据该授权最多回购196,495,849股；自通过授权至今，公司已累计购回3,882,000股，占授权当日公司已发行股本总数的0.1976%。公司方面确认，其回购行为遵守了香港联交所的上市规则及相关法律法规。
