SLD Group Releases 2025 Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form; Sets Out Future E-Communication Arrangements

On 22 April 2026, Steve Leung Design Group Limited (SLD Group) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, related Circular and Proxy Form have been published on both the company website (www.sldgroup.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notice, addressed to non-registered shareholders, outlines the procedure for receiving future corporate communications electronically. Shareholders holding SLD Group’s shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”) can obtain e-mail notifications by submitting a valid e-mail address to their respective intermediary. Until a functional e-mail address is on record, shareholders will receive printed notices only.

Printed copies of any corporate communications remain available free of charge upon request. Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via the hotline at (852) 2980 1333 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time) or by e-mail to 2262-ecom@vistra.com.

Corporate communications, as defined by the company, include directors’ reports and audited financial statements, interim and annual reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars, reply slips and proxy forms.
