CHINA OILFIELD (02883) announced that during the period from April 9, 2025 to October 8, 2025, the company's controlling shareholder China National Offshore Oil Corporation increased its holdings of the company's H shares by 16.008 million shares through on-market trading on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, representing approximately 0.34% of the company's total issued shares. The cumulative amount of the increase was approximately RMB 80.9817 million (excluding taxes and fees). Following the implementation of the above increase, China National Offshore Oil Corporation holds a total of 2.427 billion shares of the company, representing approximately 50.86% of the company's total issued shares.
