从成本结构来看，销售成本为461.00万元，上年同期为401.80万元；销售费用14.80万元，上年同期为13.50万元；行政费用则由953.30万元下降至623.60万元。期内酒店经营所产生的毛利为812.50万元，上年同期为63.50万元，对应毛利率由上年同期的约13.65%上升至约63.80%。
业务分项
酒店经营方面，来自日本温泉酒店的收入为1273.50万元，主要受益于小松机场2025年4月启用后客流增加及营销推广带动，收入较上年同期明显提升。不良债务资产业务在本期内并未实现相关收入。
