股权登记日为2026年7月15日，除净日则定为7月7日。股东须于7月8日16:30前递交股份过户文件，股份过户登记将自7月9日至7月15日暂停。末期股息预计于2026年8月7日正式派发。
根据公告，公司向非居民企业股东及通过深股通投资A股的香港联交所投资者派息时，将代扣代缴10%的中国企业所得税；内地的个人投资者通过港股通投资H股，则需按20%税率代扣个人所得税。
