家乡互动（股票代码：03798）于2026年7月24日发布公告，披露公司在香港联交所场内回购股份共计126,000股，占回购前已发行股份（不含库存股份）的约0.00999%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币1.29港元至1.30港元，合计动用资金约16.33万港元。
公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）总数为1,261,731,500股，库存股份总数增至21,672,000股，合计已发行股份总数保持1,283,403,500股不变。公司购回授权于2026年6月12日获批，可继续回购共计127,450,950股。此前已根据该授权在市场回购约12,778,000股，占获授权通过日已发行股份总数的约1.00258%。
公司同时确认，本次回购过程符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由联席公司秘书吴介然签署。
