据彭博消息，规模1.8万亿美元的挪威主权财富基金的负责人表示，愿意在未来几个月逆市而动的投资者应考虑抛售美国科技股和私募信贷，同时增持中国资产。
“最好的做法永远是与其他人反其道而行之，” Nicolai Tangen周三在达沃斯论坛间隙接受彭博采访时称。“当下应怎么做？好吧，如果要反其道而行之，那就是卖出美国科技股，买中国，卖出私募信贷，买那些过时的东西。”
他承认这“非常非常难做到，因为如果你逆向操作，与你的基准不同，那么就会有表现不佳的时期，每个人都会质疑你是否理智”。
Tangen于2020年9月加入Norges Bank Investment Management———挪威主权财富基金的官方管理公司。在他任职期间，Tangen呼吁他的交易员从长远考虑问题，并警告通胀可能在未来几年继续拖累收益。
