FSE LIFESTYLE (00331) announced its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2025, reporting revenue of HK$8.16 billion, representing a 3.4% year-on-year decline. Profit attributable to shareholders decreased 9.6% to HK$453 million, while basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.99. The company proposed a final dividend of HK$0.185 per share.

The year-on-year decrease in profit was primarily attributable to reduced government subsidies (2025: HK$1.6 million; 2024: HK$25.8 million) and lower contributions from the electrical and mechanical engineering services segment. However, the decline was partially offset by strong performance in the comprehensive lifestyle services segment (comprising system security, guarding and event services, cleaning and pest control, technical support and maintenance, and insurance services) as well as the property and facility management services segment. The Group's net profit margin decreased from 5.9% in the previous year to 5.6% in the current year.
