深圳高速公路集团股份有限公司（“深高速”，香港联交所代码：00548，上海证券交易所代码：600548）于2026年2月2日公告，截至2026年1月31日，公司注册股本合计人民币2,537,856,127元，继续保持稳定。
本次月报披露，公司H股注册股本为747,500,000股，A股注册股本为1,790,356,127股，面值均为每股人民币1元。公告显示，整个1月期间并无新增发行、购回、注销及库藏股变动，已发行股份总数暂未发生变动。
期权与激励计划方面无新增或行使活动，购回与注销信息亦无变化。截至1月末，公司股本结构保持不变。公司同时确认，符合香港联交所相关规则及法律法规的要求。
