WAI CHI HOLD (01305) has issued an announcement regarding its recent share buyback activity.
In accordance with the share repurchase mandate, the company acquired a total of approximately 2.866 million shares from the market during June 2026.
The aggregate consideration for these share purchases amounted to around HK$2.5 million.
