快手-W(01024)于2026年4月13日发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购44,000股B类普通股，每股回购价为港币44.54港元，涉资约港币1,959,760港元，折合约195.98万港元，上述回购股份占现有已发行股份约0.001%。
与此同时，公司于2026年4月10日及4月13日根据首次公开发售前员工持股计划合计发行23,420股B类普通股。本次新股发行后，公司B类普通股数量增至3,657,801,507股，总已发行股本（包括A类与B类普通股）仍为公告所载的4,353,531,186股。
据悉，回购授权于2025年6月19日获得股东大会通过，获授权可回购股份总数为428,392,652股。截至目前，公司已于包括本次回购在内的多次交易中合计回购31,655,900股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。
