周大福昨日公布的2025财年业绩显示，尽管营业额同比下降17.5%至896.56亿港元，但公司经营溢利仍实现9.8%的增长，达147.46亿港元。公司股东应占溢利为59.16亿港元，虽同比下降8.98%，但整体表现优于市场预期。值得注意的是，公司毛利率从上一财年的24%大幅提升至29.5%，经营溢利率也扩大至16.4%，显示出公司在不利市场环境下的强劲盈利能力。
此外，中金公司发布研报，维持周大福"跑赢行业"评级，并将目标价上调31%至14.92港元。中金认为，考虑到周大福持续的经营改善，上调了公司2026财年和2027财年的每股收益预测。新目标价较当前股价仍有22%的上行空间，这一积极评级进一步提振了投资者信心。
周大福管理层对公司未来业绩持乐观态度。公司执行董事郑炳熙表示，集团目标本财年同店销售将恢复增长，预计约有单位数增长。尽管预计本财年利润率可能低于上财年，但仍会有净增长。这一前景展望也为股价上涨提供了支撑。
