GUOCO GROUP (00053) announced that its subsidiary GuocoLand Limited achieved revenue of SGD 1.916 billion for the year ended June 30, 2025, representing a 5.31% increase year-on-year. The profit attributable to company shareholders reached SGD 107 million, down 16.71% compared to the previous year. GuocoLand's board of directors has proposed to declare an interim and final dividend of 7 cents per ordinary share.
