ARES ASIA (00645) announced that Ms. Yan Danhua, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the company's Nomination Committee effective November 28, 2025. The Nomination Committee will consist of four members: Ms. Yan Danhua, Mr. Liu Ji, Mr. Quan Ruixue, and Mr. Yang Jianbang (who will serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee).
