PING AN Launches 2026 Campus Recruitment: Over 4,000 Positions Across 310 Cities with AI-Enhanced Hiring Experience

On September 11, PING AN held the "PING AN University Talent Summit and 2026 Campus Recruitment Launch Event" in Beijing on September 10, officially announcing the commencement of its 2026 campus recruitment program. Through this campus recruitment initiative, PING AN will recruit graduates from universities worldwide for over 4,000 positions across 8 major categories, spanning 310 cities nationwide.

Simultaneously, the company unveiled its refreshed "Golden Orange Talent Program" campus recruitment brand, providing participating students with a unified online recruitment portal. Member companies under the group will conduct recruitment through online live streaming series and offline visits to hundreds of universities across 56 cities.

Notably, PING AN's campus recruitment will implement a full-process AI recruitment system, utilizing innovative technologies such as AI job matching, AI interviews, AI salary negotiation, and intelligent Q&A. These technologies will accelerate the entire recruitment process to as short as 13 days, enabling university students to obtain offers conveniently and quickly.

At the event, Fu Xin, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Ping An Group, emphasized that "once you join, you are a PING AN person." She highlighted that PING AN's open and inclusive culture encourages employees to innovate boldly and dare to achieve. She extended an invitation to students specializing in finance, healthcare, technology, and other professional fields to join PING AN and work together on the journey to become an internationally leading "comprehensive finance + healthcare and elderly care" service group.

PING AN also announced at the event that in 2026, it will collaborate with Hunan Broadcasting & Mango TV to launch a major workplace reality show titled "Our First Steps in the Workplace - Finance Season." This reality show will comprehensively showcase the practical training of the new generation of finance professionals across four major business areas: insurance, investment, technology, and medical care. The program aims to help students and customers update their understanding of finance, presenting the growth journey of the new generation in finance from a youthful perspective and decoding the industry's new ecosystem.
