GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) announced the following changes, effective March 30, 2026. The following individuals have resigned from their respective positions: Mr. Guo Jiafeng resigned as an executive director, a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, Chief Executive Officer, and from all other positions within the group. Mr. Zhou Anqiao resigned as a non-executive director. Mr. Zhu Yuchen resigned as an independent non-executive director, a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, and as Chairman of the Nomination Committee. The following individuals have been appointed to the corresponding positions: Mr. Geng Zhongqiang has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Chen Guobang has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mr. Xiong Liangjun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Liu Chengyun has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
