AV Concept Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 595) reported interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025. Consolidated revenue increased to HK$857.2 million from HK$629.3 million in the same period last year, driven primarily by higher semiconductor distribution sales, which rose from HK$606.5 million to HK$845.3 million. Consumer product and product sourcing revenue stood at HK$11.9 million compared to HK$22.7 million a year earlier.
Profit for the period attributable to owners reached HK$62.4 million versus HK$56.3 million last year, reflecting stable operating performance. Total equity rose to HK$1,790.7 million from HK$1,734.1 million as of 31 March 2025, while borrowings and lease liabilities edged down to HK$31.0 million. Cash and cash equivalents increased to HK$98.3 million, and the ratio of total debt to total equity improved to 1.7% from 1.9%.
In segment terms, semiconductor distribution remained the main contributor, aided by steady demand and a favorable pricing environment. The consumer product and product sourcing segment recorded a revenue decline but observed an improvement in margins. The venture capital segment posted a fair value loss on certain investments. Overall, management noted a cautiously optimistic outlook for the remainder of the financial year, backed by continued momentum in the semiconductor space.
