Man Wah Holdings repurchases 2.00 million shares on 8 June; buyback tally reaches 34.13 million shares under current mandate

Man Wah Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 2.00 million ordinary shares on 8 June 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 3.68 to HKD 3.76 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 7.42 million.

Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 34.13 million shares between 18 May and 8 June 2026. These repurchases represent 0.88 % of the company’s issued share capital on the date the current mandate was approved (30 June 2025).

The existing repurchase mandate authorises Man Wah to buy back up to 387.81 million shares; after the recent activity, 353.68 million shares—about 91.31 % of the authorised limit—remain available for future repurchases.

As of the close on 8 June 2026, Man Wah’s issued share capital stands at 3,878.08 million shares. All 34.13 million shares purchased to date have yet to be cancelled and are not held as treasury shares, leaving the total number of listed shares unchanged for the time being.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, Man Wah is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 8 July 2026.
