2026年7月17日，中集安瑞科控股有限公司（股票代码：03899）公告称，当日于香港联交所回购普通股300,000股，占公司当日现有已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.0142%。回购价格介乎每股7.05港元至7.10港元，总耗资2,118,800港元（约211.88万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数量由2,111,293,503股减少至2,110,993,503股，库藏股数量由3,260,000股增加至3,560,000股，已发行股份总数仍为2,114,553,503股。公司称，此次回购基于2026年5月20日获股东大会通过的购回授权，该授权可回购的股份总数为211,296,750股。截至本次回购后，公司已在交易所合计回购2,030,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.0961%。
