CapitaLand India Trust issues 5.05 million new units for fee payment

CapitaLand India Trust (CY6U) said on Feb, 12 2026 that it has issued 5,048,728 new units to its trustee-manager, CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte. Ltd.

The units, priced at 1.2325 Singapore dollars each, were issued as payment for 50% of the base fee for Oct, 1 2025 to Dec, 31 2025 and 50% of the performance fee for Jan, 1 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, representing a consideration of about 6.22 million Singapore dollars. The remaining portions of the fees were settled in cash.

Following the transaction, the trustee-manager holds 115,244,785 units, while CLINT’s total outstanding units stand at 1,360,637,733.
