Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find printed versions enclosed with the notification. Others can request complimentary hard copies or switch their preferred method of receipt at any time by completing and returning the reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 426-ecom@vistra.com. Shareholders opting for electronic delivery should ensure their email addresses remain functional; otherwise, future actionable corporate communications will default to printed copies. Any election made via the reply form remains effective until 5 February 2027 unless revoked or superseded.
