UNITY GP HLDGS (01539) announced its six-month results for the period ended September 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$62.079 million during the period, with profit attributable to shareholders reaching HK$27.533 million, a year-on-year increase of 35.68%. Basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.008.

The group's gross margin rose significantly from approximately 51.0% in the six months ended September 30, 2024, to about 67.3% in the same period of 2025. This improvement was primarily driven by increased revenue from consulting services, which carry higher margins compared to other business segments.

During the reporting period, the group completed an audit by Malaysia Climate Consultants for its energy management contract (EMC business) related to energy-efficient lighting installations and was awarded a Project Idea Note (PIN). Upon satisfactory completion of the project review by Verra—an independent non-profit organization operating standards in environmental and social markets, including the leading carbon credit program, Verified Carbon Standard—the carbon credits generated from the group's globally approved EMC projects will be certified and attributed to the group.

For every ton of verified CO2 reduction achieved by clients through the EMC business, the group will receive one carbon credit. These credits can be traded on recognized platforms. Over an initial ten-year term (renewable), the group expects to obtain approximately 424,400 carbon credits.
