嘉士利集团有限公司（01285）8月18日公告披露，公司执行董事赵刚博士因需投入更多时间及精力处理家庭事务，自2026年8月18日起辞去执行董事职务。辞任生效后，赵博士已获委任为公司高级顾问，同日起生效，将继续就集团休闲食品项目提供专业意见与经验支持。
公告称，赵博士确认其与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无其他事宜需提请股东或香港联合交易所有限公司关注。董事会对其在任期间的贡献及接受新职务表示感谢。
截至本公告日期，嘉士利集团董事会成员包括：执行董事黄铣铭先生、陈松浣先生、黎福良先生、卢健雄先生及黄如娇女士；独立非执行董事甘廷仲先生、马晓强先生及温雅言先生。
公告由嘉士利集团主席黄铣铭先生代表董事会签署，日期为2026年8月18日。
