本次增发主要源自星月浩瀚国际贸易有限公司于7月行使其从JD Zhixing Fund L.P.所收购的1,700万美元实物利息权利，用以兑换获得73,497,622股新股。此外，报告期内无股份期权或股权激励计划变动，也无购回和注销股份记录。
于报告期末，公司已发行普通股合计370,549,288股，并确认满足香港联交所相关上市规则规定的最低公众持股量要求。公司表示，所有新增股份的发行均已获得董事会批准，并严格遵守各项适用法律法规和香港联交所的规定。本次公告由公司秘书Allison Snetsinger签署。
