集信国控(08629)宣布，在2026年5月15日举行的2025年股东周年大会上，股东以投票表决方式正式通过2025年末期股息分派计划。
根据方案，公司将就截至2025年12月31日止年度，向全体股东派发末期现金股息每股人民币0.18元（含税）。其中，非上市股份持有人将以人民币收取股息；H股持有人将以港元收取，换算汇率为中国人民银行于股东周年大会前五个工作日公布的人民币兑港元基准汇率平均值，即1.00元人民币兑1.14港元，每股派发0.21港元（含税）。
本次股息权益登记日为2026年5月27日，预计在2026年7月14日（星期二）或之前完成派付。公司并就H股股东的企业所得税及个人所得税代扣代缴安排作出详细披露，明确将按相关法规及税收协定执行预扣税程序。
