According to an announcement from Henan, on April 30, Provincial Party Committee Secretary Liu Ning presided over a standing committee meeting of the provincial party committee. The meeting emphasized the need to fully utilize macro policies, strengthen coordination and collaboration, implement relevant work measures already issued by the province, enhance economic performance monitoring, and continuously increase the certainty and sustainability of high-quality development.
It was highlighted that efforts should be made to expand domestic demand by refining projects, focusing on key areas such as modern water networks, new-type power grids, computing power networks, urban underground pipeline networks, and logistics networks.
