荣昌生物（RemeGen Co., Ltd.）5月19日公告，再度动用闲置自有资金0.35亿元，与华泰证券签订两份新理财协议。至此，公司在12个月内累计向同一机构认购理财金额达4.88亿元，占此前董事会批准的25亿元现金管理额度的19.52%。\n\n最新两份协议分别为“华泰如意宝10号集合资产管理计划”（本金0.15亿元，存续期6个月，产品风险评级中低）和“厦门信托—鸿云祥泰10号资产管理信托产品”（本金0.20亿元，投资期预计36个月，产品风险评级中）。两款产品均为固定收益类，收益随市场波动存在不确定性，管理人或受托人保留提前终止权。\n\n此前5月14日，荣昌生物已通过华泰证券认购四款理财产品，合计4.53亿元。本次新增0.35亿元后，公司与华泰证券的六笔理财协议因在12个月内与同一金融机构办理且性质相似，需合并计算。根据香港联交所上市规则第14.07条计算，相关百分比率有一项超过5%但低于25%，因此认购行为构成须予披露交易，须履行申报及公告义务。\n\n公司表示，在严格控制风险的前提下，使用中低风险理财产品可提升闲置资金收益，且整体收益率高于同期银行定存水平。董事会认为，本次交易条款公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。
