Pacific Textiles Holdings Limited (PACIFICTEXTILES) has published its Annual Report 2025/26 alongside the circular and proxy form for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, according to a shareholder notice dated 14 July 2026. The documents are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.pacific-textiles.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies are available upon request at no charge.

In line with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s enhanced paperless listing regime (Rule 2.07A effective 31 December 2023), PACIFICTEXTILES confirmed it has fully transitioned to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications. Shareholders are urged to submit functional email addresses—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar. Absent a valid email address, investors will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites proactively and will receive only “actionable” documents in hard copy.

This instruction will remain effective until the release of the company’s next annual report.
