On February 3, the Yunnan Provincial Public Resource Trading Information Network released a pre-announcement for the bidding documents of the Design-Construction Contract (EPC) for the Urban Village Renovation and Surrounding Infrastructure Project in Beicang Village, Wuhua District, Kunming. According to the announcement, the project is situated in Beicang Village, Hongyun Subdistrict, Wuhua District, with a total estimated investment of 92.6025 million yuan. This includes construction and installation costs of 77.9229 million yuan, other project expenses of 10.27 million yuan, and contingency fees of 4.4096 million yuan. The project scope involves infrastructure upgrades within the urban village area, primarily including: demolition of 6,300 square meters of existing structures; renovation of 41,660 square meters of village roads, 10,848 meters of drainage pipelines, 5,670 meters of water supply pipelines, 5,100 meters of power supply lines, and 17,600 square meters of building exteriors; installation of 89 new security systems, and enhancements to other supporting infrastructure.
