6月5日，中国飞鹤（06186）公告称，全资子公司黑龙江飞鹤以闲置资金合计3亿元人民币认购浦发银行发行的两款“上信红宝石”系列理财产品，预期年化收益率均为2.40%，到期日为2027年3月9日。\n\n具体来看，黑龙江飞鹤分别认购“上信红宝石H-6001第338期”2亿元及“上信红宝石T+N第130期”1亿元，产品类型均为非保本浮动收益型，投资范围为固定收益类资产。\n\n公告显示，截至本次披露日，中国飞鹤持有的浦发银行理财及结构性存款未到期本金合计26亿元。本次交易在计算过往未到期投资后，相关适用百分比率介于5%至25%之间，构成香港联交所上市规则第14章所列“须予披露交易”，但豁免股东批准。\n\n董事会表示，公司在确保资金安全性与流动性的前提下，利用阶段性闲置资金获取高于一般活期或定期存款的收益；内部已建立相应监控程序，确保本次投资不影响集团运营资金需求，符合公司及股东整体利益。\n\n浦发银行及其最终实益拥有人被认定为中国飞鹤的独立第三方，双方交易条款经公平磋商确定，依据集团可支配现金水平及预期收益率等因素制定。
