今天在主板挂牌的茶饮连锁集团 古茗 公布分配结果，公开发售部分获29,086份申请，全部获得受理，超购逾193倍，并触发回拨机制，令发售比例升至43.48%。一手中签率100%，人人有份。
古茗以9.94港元定价，为招股区间8.68至9.94港元元的上限。古茗今日（12日）挂牌。
古茗于2月4日至7日招股，入场费4016.1元，原定发行1.59亿股，最先10%为公开发售、90%为国际配售。有外电指，古茗拟悉数行使发售量调整权，额外发售约2379万股新股，发售股数由1.59亿股增至1.82亿股，集资额达18.13亿元。
报道并指，由于古茗的公开发售部分认购反应热烈，触发回拨机制，令比例升至43.5%。
