China Railway Signal & Communication Proposes New Board Candidates for Upcoming Term

China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited (03969) has officially announced the nomination of candidates for its upcoming fifth board of directors, following the conclusion of the fourth board's term.

On August 17, 2026, the company convened the 41st meeting of its fourth board of directors, during which resolutions concerning the nomination of non-independent and independent non-executive director candidates for the fifth board were reviewed and approved.

According to the announcement, following shareholder nominations and qualification reviews by the nomination committee, the board has agreed to propose Lou Qiliang, Dong Baoliang, and Ding Shaobin as candidates for non-independent directors on the fifth board. Among these, Lou Qiliang and Dong Baoliang are designated as executive director candidates, while Ding Shaobin is nominated as a non-executive director candidate.

Additionally, the board has approved the nomination of Yao Zuhui, Fu Junyuan, and Zhan Kai as candidates for independent non-executive directors on the fifth board, all of whom were proposed by shareholders and passed the nomination committee's qualification review.

It was further noted that members of the board's various sub-committees will be appointed by the fifth board of directors after the election of its directors takes place.
