EASTROC (09980) rose more than 6% in Hong Kong trading. At the time of writing, the stock was up 5.32% to HK$265.4, with a turnover of HK$23.58 million. JP Morgan released a research report stating it believes EASTROC's market share growth in China will continue to outpace its peers. According to the company's preliminary 2025 performance forecast, the average growth rates for revenue and core net profit in the fourth quarter of 2025 are projected to be 25% and 16%, respectively. For 2026, JP Morgan expects energy drinks, sports drinks, and other products to increase by 15%, 42%, and 50% year-on-year, respectively, supporting a total revenue growth of 22% year-on-year. China Galaxy Securities believes that EASTROC is transitioning from a single-product company to a platform-based beverage giant, presenting a favorable opportunity for investment. In the short term, the growth rate of the company's energy drink business is expected to stabilize and improve in 2026, primarily due to a lower base of comparison, increased deployment of refrigerated display cabinets, and a boost in terminal sales momentum from organizational restructuring. In the long term, markets outside its home province of Guangdong still hold significant growth potential compared to the Guangdong benchmark. Furthermore, the expansion of the "new blue-collar" demographic is creating additional consumer demand. Model calculations indicate that long-term revenue could exceed 25 billion yuan.
